Pofi TV is a free, ad-free Android TV / Google TV app for young children. Videos only come from hand-picked, made-for-kids channels. This document explains what data the app handles. Last updated: September 27, 2026.

The following is stored only on your TV, in the app's private storage. It is never sent to a server, never backed up, and we cannot see it:
The parent PIN (as an irreversible hash), enabled/disabled channels, blocked videos, video language preference, and recently watched video IDs so the same videos don't repeat.
Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes all of it.

The app downloads the list of videos to show (feed.json) from ubeydgencer.com. No personal information is included in this request. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages; GitHub may log visitor IP addresses for security purposes under its privacy statement.

Videos are played with YouTube's official embedded player using YouTube API Services. Only videos that their channel owners marked as made for kids are shown; for these videos YouTube disables personalized ads and comments.
While you use the player, YouTube's own policies apply: the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You can review and revoke app access to your Google account on the Google security settings page. Pofi TV never asks for access to a Google account.

The app requests only two permissions: Internet access (to load the video list and the videos) and network state (to know whether a connection is available). The advertising ID permission is explicitly removed from the app.
No camera, microphone, location, contacts, files or any other sensitive permission is requested.

Pofi TV is directed to children. In line with the Google Play Families Policy, the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), no personal information is collected from children.
The app has no purchases, chat, comments, search or ads. Links that leave the app can only be opened after the parent PIN is entered.

Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing to delete, correct or export. For the settings on your TV, uninstall the app or go to Settings → Apps → Pofi TV → Clear data.
